  • Sales centers are staffed with professional in house sales consultants who are prepared to provide you with an informative tour of our community and our furnished models.
  • Personal contact with our staff every step of the way including contract signing with your sales consultant, construction meetings and inspections with your project manager, and a dedicated settlement coordinator to assist you with financing and settlement related issues.
  • It is our goal that your home will settle with zero open items. If not, we will complete them within 5 days after settlement. Guaranteed.
  • As part of our two year continuous customer care warranty program, we will contact you for your 90 day and 11 month warranty request list and have it completed in 10 days or less.
  • A Personalized Home Care Guide thoughtfully prepared with everything you will need to know about your new home and the community you now call "home."
